Here is the first look at FriendsFest, due to take place in London this week.
Comedy Central (where you can catch endless reruns of the programme at any time of the day or night – but you already knew that) has turned a building in London’s East End into a full scale set of Monica’s apartment, which fans are free to wander around.

There’s also a Central Perk-inspired café, a replica of the famous fountain from the credits, a pop-up ‘Rachel’ hair salon, and various props from the series. AMAZING.

Last night, actor James Michael Tyler (AKA Gunther) was there to launch the festival, which will run from tomorrow until September 20.
Unfortunately (very, very unfortunately) tickets for the festival sold out last month in about ten minutes. We’re all just going to have to make do with those endless Comedy Central reruns.
Isn’t that just kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your-neck fantastic?
